Data Labelling Analyst

Overview

We are seeking experienced Data Labelling Analysts to join a global technology company's Integrity & Safety team on a contract basis. This role offers a meaningful chance to contribute to protecting users and businesses from integrity risks while enhancing AI systems' quality and effectiveness.

Primary Responsibilities

• Expertly label datasets used for AI training and evaluation.
• Develop and maintain golden data sets to evaluate reviewers and AI model performance.
• Apply integrity policies and exercise sound judgment for complex and unclear cases.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews, calibrations, root cause analyses, and provide retraining as needed.
• Identify areas to improve workflows, review processes, and tool usage.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Policy, Quality, and various stakeholders.
• Assist in training, onboarding, and calibration for new reviewers.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of experience in Trust & Safety, Integrity Operations, Quality Assurance, or Content Moderation.
• Deep understanding of integrity risks including safety concerns and unwanted contact harms like scams, impersonation, and account compromise.
• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating within teams.
• Confidence in applying policies and making consistent decisions amidst ambiguity.
• Resilience and ability to handle potentially offensive or disturbing content.
