Role Overview
A confidential employer in Doha is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator / Data Entry professional to support the day-to-day flow of store and inventory activities. The position focuses on accurate material handling, proper storage, and smooth issuance so operations continue without interruption.
Key Duties
- Accept incoming goods and materials, then verify them against the relevant details.
- Place stock in the correct assigned storage locations.
- Provide materials to departments based on their requests.
- Update simple stock records and help keep inventory information current.
- Maintain a store area that is tidy, well arranged, and secure.
- Support routine stock verification and count exercises.
Qualifications
- Work experience in a store, warehouse, or similar setting is considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with the basics of inventory control and material handling is preferred.
- The ideal candidate should be dependable, well organized, and comfortable working with a team.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel is required.
