Role Overview
We are seeking a Data Engineer to join our Dhahran, Saudi Arabia team in a full-time, onsite capacity. This role requires solid expertise in data engineering and experience with big data technologies.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Designing and implementing data pipelines using tools such as Python, Scala, or Java.
- Leveraging big data processing frameworks including Apache Spark.
- Developing and maintaining robust ETL processes and data modeling strategies.
- Managing both SQL and NoSQL databases to support scalable data architectures.
- Using workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow to schedule and monitor data workflows.
- Working with data lakes and version controlling code repositories with Git.
- Participating actively in Agile development environments to deliver data solutions.
