Data Analyst

Overview

The Strategic Business Operations Team is in search of a Data Analyst to join their collaborative work environment to support key business initiatives aimed at continual team expansion. This role entails developing a comprehensive understanding of the business and its internal operations.

Employment Details

• Position Type: 6 months+ contract
• Location: San Francisco, CA / Sunnyvale, CA with hybrid work arrangement (2 days onsite weekly)
• Employment status: W2 only with no visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
• No Corporate-to-Corporate or third-party vendor submissions accepted.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Utilize strong analytical and financial modeling skills including market research, competitive analysis, market sizing, valuation, due diligence for acquisitions, and benchmarking.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency with Excel, including financial modeling, VBA/macros, and forecasting techniques.
• Apply technical expertise in Python, APIs, and SQL for data extraction and automation to create scalable workflows and enhance data quality.
• Conduct trend analyses and optimize complex business processes through automation.
• Leverage artificial intelligence and emerging tech to design AI-driven research workflows, validate/enrich large datasets, identify data integrity risks, and generate actionable insights in global markets and investment ecosystems.
