Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire shipment process ensuring timely execution aligned with customer expectations and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate closely with shipping lines, overseas agents, transporters, and internal teams to guarantee smooth transit of shipments.
• Handle communication with shipping lines regarding booking confirmations, container releases, scheduling amendments, rollovers, and sailing timetables.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date shipment records, documentation, and client information within the company’s ERP and CRM platforms.
• Establish and nurture professional relationships with customers, shipping lines, and associates to uphold superior service quality.

Eligibility and Qualifications

• Graduates in any discipline or holders of B.Tech/B.E. degrees in any specialization are invited to apply.
