Customer Support Executive - International Voice Process

Overview

We are currently seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our international BPO team based in Yerwada, Pune, Maharashtra. This role involves handling customer service interactions related to telecom billing and general queries, primarily through voice communication. The position requires effective communication skills and the ability to provide prompt, polite assistance to foreign customers in a US shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing inquiries about telecom bills and resolving customer issues.
• Respond to customers professionally and empathetically via calls, ensuring satisfaction and effective resolution.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
• Manage customer feedback and concerns courteously and efficiently.
• Work in designated rotational shifts, including US shift hours.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience providing customer service in an international BPO environment, specifically in a voice-based role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and comprehension abilities.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts with two days off per week.
• Age limit up to 44 years.
• Any graduate or undergraduate candidate is eligible.

Additional Details

• Location: Yerwada, Pune, Maharashtra, India.
• Salary ranges from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 47,000 per month depending on experience, with up to Rs. 40,000 in hand.
• Interview process will be conducted virtually.
• Two days rotational weekly off.
