Vindhya e-Infomedia Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Customer Support Executives to work across its locations including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and other delivery centers depending on the assigned process.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints effectively within service level agreements.
• Log and maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM system.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance rules.
• Achieve targets related to productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Escalate issues that cannot be resolved to the relevant teams in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service while upholding a professional demeanor.

Candidate Eligibility

• Educational qualifications: completed 12th grade, diploma, or graduate degree.
• Open to freshers as well as experienced candidates depending on the process.
• Good command of English communication; regional language skills are a plus.
• Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency required.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts if needed.

Salary Details

This position offers a monthly salary ranging from 15000 to 26000 INR.
