Role Overview
The Customer Service Representative serves a key function in managing member intake processes and facilitating communication among members, healthcare providers, and clinical teams. This role is vital in driving efficient service coordination and provider interactions, thereby supporting the company’s mission to improve healthcare delivery and member satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Process administrative member intake accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with hospitals, clinics, medical facilities, and clinical teams to manage service requests
- Arrange and oversee peer-to-peer review sessions both for incoming and outgoing cases
- Address and resolve provider inquiries promptly
- Perform other related tasks as assigned to support team objectives
Candidate Requirements
- Completion of high school diploma, GED, or possessing equivalent work experience
- Minimum age of 18 years
- At least two years of experience delivering customer service in an office or clerical setting, utilizing phones and computers
- Prior experience working remotely
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, with flexible shifts between 10:30 AM and 7:00 PM Central Standard Time, and occasional overtime as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in healthcare or health insurance sectors
- Experience in hospital environments, physician offices, or medical clinics
- Familiarity with call center operations

- Ensure access to a reliable, pre-approved high-speed internet connection
Compensation and Benefits
- An hourly wage ranging from $18 to $32, dependent on experience and location
