Al Waha For Cars is hiring a polished and articulate Customer Care Specialist to serve premium clients in Qatar, including high-net-worth individuals and VIP customers. The position calls for a strong sense of discretion, emotional intelligence, and a service style aligned with luxury standards. You will be the main point of contact for elite customers, managing both incoming requests and proactive outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated service contact for VIP and HNWI clients over the phone, delivering a tailored and high-end customer experience.
• Handle urgent inbound requests and make customized outbound service calls with professionalism and care.
• Address complex customer issues quickly and accurately, maintaining a very high standard of detail and precision.
• Protect sensitive and confidential customer information with strict discretion and integrity.
• Support long-term client loyalty by staying ahead of customer needs and helping strengthen the company’s premium image.

Required qualifications

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in customer care, luxury hospitality, private banking, or VIP concierge work.
• Native-level or fully professional Arabic and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Current residence in Qatar, along with familiarity with local cultural expectations and business etiquette.
• Clear, refined communication style with excellent listening skills and a professional phone manner.
• Strong problem-solving ability and the composure to stay calm and effective in demanding situations.
