Role Summary
As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing product information, working collaboratively with internal teams, and achieving specific performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Address customer questions by phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally to resolve issues.
- Deliver precise details regarding products and services using strong communication skills.
- Keep detailed logs of customer communications using CRM systems and related tools.
- Work alongside sales, marketing, and other teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
- Strive to meet established performance metrics including call handling duration, issue resolution, and first-contact resolution rates.
Eligibility
Applicants must possess a minimum educational qualification of any graduate degree.
