We seek a proficient professional with hands-on expertise in DoubleTick CRM to design and implement an automated WhatsApp-based CRM system for effective customer engagement.
Key Duties
- Develop and configure chatbot automation flows, implement auto-response features, and establish lead distribution protocols using DoubleTick CRM.
- Organize and manage leads by setting up structured contact pipelines, assigning relevant tags, and creating tailored data fields.
- Conduct thorough testing of chatbot workflows to verify seamless lead routing to appropriate personnel, ensuring operational reliability.
