Candidate Profile

• Possess a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Show a passion for assisting and serving customers and team members.
• Willingness to learn extensive cooking skills.
• Be at least 16 years old.
• Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the work location.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive pay ranging from $17.60 to $18.60 per hour, based on skills, experience, and education, aligned with local wage laws.
• Tuition assistance available up to $5,250 per year.
