PamaWomen is a premium women's fashion label situated in Gurugram, Haryana, specializing in original prints, modern apparel, and lifestyle merchandise. We are seeking a motivated and imaginative Graphic Designer to join our expanding design team on a full-time basis at our office.

Role Responsibilities and Skills

• Proficiently create and modify graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Handle artwork preparation for screen printing and digital formats.
• Develop print layouts, motifs, and design presentations tailored to fashion products.
• Assist in crafting creatives for social media, banners for websites, patterns, and embroidery designs.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Familiarity with layers, vectors, masking techniques, color adjustment, image editing, and preparing files for production.
• Basic understanding of typography, layout principles, and composition aesthetics.
• Creative mindset combined with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly assimilate new skills and work collaboratively with a team.
• Interest in fashion, textile, print, or apparel design is highly valued.
• Experience with CorelDRAW or Adobe InDesign is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Basic skills in AI-generated imagery are also considered a plus.
