About the role
ALL:AIRT GmbH is a growing social media marketing agency looking for a versatile creative professional who truly understands digital content and enjoys bringing it to life. This position combines work that would usually sit across graphic design, art direction, and video production. You will take ideas from the first concept all the way to the final published post and execute the full process independently.
You should be closely tuned into the social media landscape, able to spot trends early, and translate them into content that fits each platform quickly and effectively. Whether the output is a static visual, an animated clip, a reel, or an on-camera appearance, you should feel comfortable working across all of these formats.
This role is a strong fit for someone who combines creative range with technical skill and is willing to actively use AI tools in their workflow, or at least is curious enough to adopt them.
Responsibilities
- Plan, produce, and edit reels, TikToks, and short-form videos from filming through to the finished post, including caption ideas.
- Create and roll out social content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and similar platforms from concept through publication.
- Design static visuals, graphics, story assets, and ad creatives that align with each brand’s identity.
- Develop motion design animations and animated clips for feeds, stories, and reels.
- Organize and run small video shoots, including professional editing and post-production.
- Monitor social media trends closely and turn them into channel-specific content concepts.
- Use and assess AI-based creative and production tools for image generation, copy, and video workflows.
- Work closely with the strategy and account teams to keep brand communication consistent.
- Maintain and improve design templates and brand systems for client use.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in graphic design and/or motion design.
- Confident use of Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, or equivalent software.
- Proven ability in video editing and post-production.
- Experience with camera work and content production for photo and video.
- Strong feel for social media aesthetics and how each platform works.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to contribute ideas without waiting for detailed instructions.
- Openness and curiosity toward AI tools and modern workflows.
- Structured, self-directed working style, including in part-time arrangements.
- Availability at short notice is preferred.
