About the Role

Join the Bulk Team at Melbourne Airport as a Courier, responsible for driving an MR Truck and handling delivery operations. This is a permanent full-time position offering stable Monday to Friday shifts with weekly pay and a vehicle provided for deliveries. FedEx provides ongoing paid training and opportunities for license upgrades along with a competitive salary plus 14% superannuation.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Deliver packages punctually and accurately to assigned locations.
• Provide excellent customer service, representing the face of FedEx professionally.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols ensuring all deliveries meet company standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold full legal working rights in Australia.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Minimum MR vehicle license with at least one year of experience driving MR trucks carrying at least 10 pallets.
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening, driving evaluation, criminal background checks, and fitness assessments.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and safety-oriented mindset.
• Friendly demeanor with a positive and customer-focused attitude.
