Contracts Administration Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a Contracts Administration Manager with extensive experience in CPWD / FIDIC Contract conditions, particularly within Design & Build and EPC Government Contracts. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of contract management, coordination, and compliance to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Contract Appreciation documents analyzing scope, responsibilities, and obligations.
• Examine contract documents thoroughly to comprehend work scope, duties, ambiguities, and each party's responsibilities.
• Interpret contractual clauses and address related issues, maintaining communication with clients and consultants to resolve disputes.
• Advise project teams on contractual terms and commercial factors to enhance project execution and collaboration across departments such as execution, planning, safety, and quality.
• Ensure adherence to contract requirements including submission of Bank Guarantees, project programs, occupational health and safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Handle all contractual correspondence in coordination with relevant departments.
• Manage notification procedures for delays, variations, legislative changes, submission of Extension of Time (EOT) applications, evaluation of EOT observations, claims, and maintain drawing registers.
• Maintain and track logs of claims and issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct delay analysis following established procedures.
• Identify potential claims and substantiate them with supporting documentation.
• Review contract program schedules prior to submission, flag conflicts, and suggest necessary improvements.
