Role Responsibilities

Key Duties

  • Promote CLO’s service brand through a customer-focused and expert advisory approach.
  • Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers, including Partners and Senior Managers.
  • Offer guidance and training on submitting requests via the vendor management system.
  • Collect and assess information for case management through KPMG's vendor management platform.
  • Perform due diligence checks such as background verification, independence assessments, and business validation.
  • Keep stakeholders informed throughout the process and maintain comprehensive records for reporting and compliance.
  • Identify complex cases and collaborate with team members to meet business needs effectively.
  • Handle inquiries by providing relevant information, guidance, or appropriate triage.

Process Governance

  • Lead or contribute to process improvements by identifying issues, analyzing impacts, and managing change initiatives.

Candidate Profile

  • 3 to 5 years experience in case management roles.
  • Knowledge or experience with agencies, staffing firms, contract labour, or contingent workforces is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingualism in French is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders including senior leaders, contractors, service providers, and subject matter experts.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing various complex tasks.
  • Excellent organizational skills to prioritize competing demands.
  • Commitment to delivering timely, high-quality service and documentation.
  • Strong enthusiasm for continuous improvement and conducting impact assessments.
  • Track record of success in operational and process-driven projects.
