Role Overview
This contract position is fully remote and centers on a Consulting Partnership, supporting ANTIC’s engagements with global energy and mining clients. The consulting partner is responsible for working closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to identify M&A and partnership opportunities, formulate strategic recommendations, and assist in deal execution. Daily tasks include conducting market and financial analyses, preparing client-facing presentations and reports, and contributing to partnership strategies and sales efforts. The role requires cultivating and sustaining strong professional relationships with clients and partners, collaborating across departments, and ensuring high-quality consulting project delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical capabilities for market research, financial evaluations, and data-informed decision-making.
- Expertise in strategic partnerships to identify, assess, and manage collaboration and M&A opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to deliver complex information clearly and engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Sales acumen to aid in business development, proposal drafting, and expanding client relationships.
- Professional experience in consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or related areas, preferably within the energy or mining sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in remote settings while handling multiple projects under tight timelines.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines; advanced qualifications such as an MBA or CFA are advantageous.
- Proficiency with analytical and presentation tools like Excel and PowerPoint, and comfortable working within global, multicultural contexts.
