Role Overview

As a Consultant with 1.5 to 3 years of experience, you will offer specialized planning, programming, and scheduling services, utilizing software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, ASTA, and Excel. You will evaluate and counsel on time-related risks, project delays, and contract adherence. Collaborating closely with clients, project managers, and contractors, your goal will be to ensure seamless execution with no unexpected issues. Additionally, generating detailed reports and insights to inform project success will be a key responsibility.

Experience and Skills Required

  • Minimum two years in project planning and delay analysis.
  • Proven proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project; knowledge of ASTA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Strong grasp of Critical Path Method (CPM) and earned value management techniques.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated passion for client satisfaction, innovation, and ongoing improvement.

Qualifications and Other Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management is preferred.
  • Mandatory experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Must have indefinite full-time availability and full legal working rights in Australia.
  • Possession of a valid full driver's license.
