Job description
About the Role
We are seeking a Construction Quality Inspector to join a leading main contractor working on multiple education and residential projects in Dublin and Wicklow. This role offers a rewarding opportunity for junior to intermediate level professionals to contribute to ensuring construction quality standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor adherence to the Project Quality Plan (PQP) throughout the construction phases.
- Maintain accurate records of all inspections and tests in compliance with quality assurance procedures.
- Oversee material deliveries and conduct on-site testing such as concrete cube testing and soil compaction analysis.
- Coordinate with third-party inspectors and testing agencies to ensure project compliance.
- Perform regular quality inspections to verify work aligns with project specifications and building regulations.
- Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and track corrective actions to completion.
- Communicate and collaborate with Assigned and Design Certifiers to ensure project standards.
- Assist the Site Manager in preparing QA documentation and ensuring overall project compliance.
- Validate as-built drawings, Operations & Maintenance manuals, and certification packages before project handover.
- Utilize software tools such as OBI and ArtechPro to coordinate quality assurance activities with client representatives on site.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary ranges from €40,000 to €55,000 annually, dependent on experience, along with standard employment benefits.
