Role Overview
The Compensation Analyst at UKG plays a crucial role in analysing, formulating, and maintaining Total Rewards programs. This position ensures that these programs align with global strategies and local market conditions, facilitating the attraction and retention of top talent. The role integrates consulting expertise, data-driven analysis, HR collaboration, and compliance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise business leaders and HR on Total Rewards strategies to support talent attraction, engagement, and retention.
- Evaluate and uphold Total Rewards policies to align with governance frameworks and recommend policy revisions as necessary.
- Manage and support execution of recurring programs such as annual salary reviews and benefits renewals.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and participate in market surveys to analyze compensation and benefits trends.
- Perform job evaluations to determine appropriate salary levels based on job responsibilities.
- Prepare analytical reports highlighting pay trends, equity, competitiveness, and benefits usage to aid leadership decisions.
- Coordinate with external vendors and brokers to deliver quality services cost-effectively.
- Develop communications aimed at improving employee comprehension of Total Rewards offerings.
- Ensure all Total Rewards initiatives comply with relevant local labor laws.
- Assist with internal and external audits related to compensation and incentive programs, ensuring policy compliance and accuracy.
- Contribute to regional and global Total Rewards projects as assigned.
