As the company expands, we are seeking a committed and responsible Driver to join our team, contributing to our promise of excellence and high guest satisfaction.

Role Overview

The Driver's key responsibility is to provide safe, efficient, and timely transport for housekeeping staff, company personnel, and goods across various apartments and operational sites in Dubai. This role ensures the smooth running of daily activities and helps maintain the company's standards by enabling apartments to be guest-ready on schedule.

The position also requires flexibility and teamwork, particularly supporting housekeeping operations and other departments when business demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely in adherence to traffic laws and regulations.
• Transport passengers, housekeeping teams, personnel, and supplies promptly to assigned locations.
• Keep vehicles clean, safe, and in good working order.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and report when maintenance is needed.
• Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and fuel usage.
• Assist with loading and unloading supplies and equipment.
• Deliver operational materials and guest amenities as required.
• Exhibit professionalism in appearance and conduct when interacting with guests and colleagues.
• Provide operational support to the Housekeeping department during peak times or as required.
• Engage in cross-training sessions and foster a team-oriented approach.
• Assist with inventory management during Storekeeper absences by logging stock movements.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a valid UAE Manual Driving License for Light Vehicles; Heavy Vehicle License is beneficial.
• At least two years of experience as a professional driver, ideally within hospitality.
• Strong familiarity with Dubai road networks and GPS navigation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to stay composed and professional under pressure.
• Dependable, timely, and adaptable in work scheduling.
• Readiness to support other departments and operational tasks as needed.
