As part of our expanding, dynamic team, we are searching for a Commercial Projects & Analytics Trainee to support our project management initiatives. This role involves data-driven project support, managing timelines, milestones, roadmaps, and helping define strategic project direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the project management team by providing insightful data analyses to advance projects.
• Manage and drive project roadmaps, milestones, timelines, and achievement tracking closely.
• Oversee project KPIs and develop/manage dashboards to help shape project vision and strategy.
• Coordinate project execution to ensure completion within deadlines, scope, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress effectively.
• Collaborate closely with various departments to maximize project outcomes.
• Conduct risk management practices to reduce potential project risks.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on project status for management review.

Qualifications and Preferences

• Demonstrated passion for making impactful contributions and a strong eagerness to learn.
• Preferably possess data analytics skills including SQL and Looker experience.
• Strong project management aptitude, capable of juggling multiple work streams, prioritizing effectively, and planning projects meticulously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python is considered an advantage.
• Preference given to full-time applicants available for periods longer than six months.
