Commercial Director

Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Commercial Director to lead commercial efforts for a significant landmark development project located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves strategy development and overseeing procurement and package delivery throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas

• Drive commercial strategy and lead procurement processes for the project.
• Manage the delivery of commercial packages from inception through to successful completion.
• Handle key work packages including Early Works & Track, MEP, and Finishes.
• Support pre-contract procurement activities initially, transitioning into full commercial management as the project advances.
• Maintain effective stakeholder relations and negotiate to safeguard project interests.

Qualifications and Experience

• 10 to 15 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial roles within the construction industry.
• Proven background working with recognized Tier 1 main contractors on large-scale construction projects.
• Extensive expertise in procurement and management of complex commercial packages.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities.
