About the Role
SkillLabs, a prominent Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) based in Tirunelveli, is seeking a dedicated Collection Manager to oversee vehicle financing collections. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring targets are met in secured loan portfolios, managing both field collections and external agencies, and maintaining efficient collection workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve designated Rate of Recovery (RoR) and bucket-specific targets for secured loan accounts.
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of field collection teams and vendor agencies responsible for debt recovery.
- Ensure adequate collection capacity is maintained through effective management of Debt Collection Agencies (DCAs).
Requirements
- Applicants must hold at least a graduate degree in any discipline.
Additional Information
This position is based in Tirunelveli, India, and involves onsite work at the company's location.
Salary Range: INR 450000 to INR 650000 per annum.
