Co-op Trainee, Human Resources

About the role

This opportunity is for a Human Resources co-op trainee based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The position sits within Sephora, a global prestige beauty retailer known for promoting inclusion, individuality, and a people-first culture. The brand operates as part of the LVMH Group and serves customers across a large international footprint with a wide mix of beauty products and brands.

What you will do

• Help support hiring activities end to end, including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and arranging interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and keep both candidates and hiring managers informed throughout the process.
• Assist with exit-related HR tasks, such as employee documentation and resignation handling.
• Keep employee information accurate, current, and confidential.
• Prepare HR-related reports, leave records, and other documentation as needed.
• Work with different internal teams to support HR operations and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Contribute to process improvements by supporting HR projects and administrative work.

What we are looking for

• A Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Human Resources Management.
• Strong communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
