About sansaino and the Opportunity

sansaino is a verified workforce platform designed to connect companies with IT, data center, and critical infrastructure professionals for various work models including project-based, part-time, and full-time roles that can be onsite, hybrid, or remote. The company's vision is to revolutionize how organizations build and access technical teams worldwide. This is an early-stage opportunity to join as a genuine co-founder with significant equity, authority, and responsibility to influence the company's technological direction and product development.

Primary Responsibilities

Define and own the technical vision, architecture, and product strategy.
Actively build and enhance the platform through hands-on development.
Lead initiatives in artificial intelligence and data capabilities.
Ensure the technology infrastructure scales in a secure and reliable manner.
Collaborate closely with customers to translate real-world challenges into product solutions.
Make strategic decisions on product roadmap including priorities and future developments.
Recruit, build, and guide the engineering team.
Partner with the founding team on product innovation, customer acquisition, fundraising, and overall company strategy.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

You could be a previous founder, an early engineering leader, or a highly capable builder who has progressed products from inception to launch. Prior co-founder or founder experience is highly desirable.

Strong software engineering expertise and deep technical knowledge.
Proven track record of hands-on product development and launches.
In-depth understanding of software architectures, cloud technologies, APIs, data handling, and modern development practices.
Experience working in startups, fast-growing tech companies, Big Tech firms, system integrators, or similarly rigorous environments.
Have global experience with building products, teams, or businesses across varying markets.
Experience making critical technical choices in early-stage company settings.
A strong passion for artificial intelligence and the evolving nature of work.
An entrepreneurial mindset characterized by resourcefulness, ambition, curiosity, pragmatism, and a focus on execution.
Personality traits including kindness, humility, groundedness, and respectfulness.

A formal degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory. Practical experience and what you have built carry more weight. A robust global network within technology, startups, enterprises, or investors is also a plus. The key is a genuine desire to create and grow a company rather than just joining one.
