Position Overview
In the realm of luxury retail, delivering exemplary client service is crucial for fostering customer loyalty towards the brand. The Client Services Advisor will engage with each client through attentive listening and personalized, efficient responses, utilizing available tools alongside strong empathy and communication capabilities. This role requires achieving and outperforming set key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales objectives. This position is part of the Client Services team located in the eastern region of Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service handling inbound and outbound communications via calls, emails, social media platforms, and chat messages.
- Consult with clients to accurately determine their needs, crafting tailored solutions and offering appropriate products.
- Manage general and specific client account inquiries, delivering clear and precise information.
- Leverage resources and tools to anticipate and identify client requirements, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Consistently achieve or exceed targets relating to client satisfaction, sales performance, productivity, and compliance standards.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in relevant fields.
- Experience in client service roles or call center environments.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Friendly demeanor combined with strong curiosity and proactive initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills.
- Ability to effectively multitask and maintain composure during busy periods or demanding situations.
