About the Role

Stareye Media & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Client Relationship Executive to join their team at their Noida office, located at A-30, 3rd Floor, Sector 63. This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary between ₹15,000 and ₹20,000, with additional performance-based incentives. The work schedule is from Tuesday to Sunday, with office hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally manage both inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Generate new leads and conduct follow-ups to convert opportunities.
• Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Understand client needs thoroughly and propose appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
• Maintain accurate client records and update details related to follow-ups regularly.
• Consistently meet assigned targets and prepare daily performance reports.
• Address and resolve client inquiries promptly and professionally.
