Cleaning Operative

Job Overview

The Cleaning Operative is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas to fulfill client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction. The precise duties can vary depending on the specific requirements of the Aramark location and business needs.

Main Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean all allocated spaces.
• Properly use and store cleaning equipment.
• Regularly inspect equipment and report any faults or deficiencies.
• Ensure all equipment is safe to operate and functional.
• Perform additional deep cleaning tasks when required.
• Operate on-site washing machines for internal laundry tasks when necessary.
• Adhere strictly to Health and Safety regulations as well as the Fire Policy.
• Notify management of any hazards.
• Maintain hygiene standards across components.
• Manage customer feedback or complaints according to company policies.
• Engage in company training programs aimed at enhancing job performance.
• Propose improvements and promptly address corrective actions as needed.
• Follow all reasonable directions given by Aramark Management.
