About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Cleaners to join Royal York Property Management's team in Mississauga, Ontario. This role involves delivering comprehensive cleaning services to ensure properties remain spotless and hygienic. Successful candidates will work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and adherence to highest cleanliness standards are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of properties including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom sanitation.
• Conduct specialty cleaning such as window washing and carpet care.
• Inspect areas before and after cleaning, maintaining detailed records of conditions and reporting any damages or maintenance needs to management.
• Manage and replenish supplies in designated areas.
• Comply with all health and safety guidelines and uphold company-specific cleaning protocols.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of proven experience in professional cleaning roles.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Well-versed in different cleaning techniques and proper usage of cleaning tools and chemicals.
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Must have an iPhone for communication related to work duties.
• Adaptable to various cleaning environments and schedules with physical endurance to meet job demands.

Compensation and Benefits
