About the Role
Prospera Executive is collaborating with a private equity-backed healthcare services platform to recruit a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's upcoming growth and operational scaling phases. This rapidly expanding business, supported by a leading investor, is poised for significant expansion through both organic development and acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and Board to guide strategic and operational decision-making processes.
- Enhance and professionalize the finance function, improving reporting, forecasting, and key performance indicators.
- Assist in acquisition strategies, including due diligence, integration, and scaling of operations.
- Promote commercial and operational discipline throughout the company.
- Build and lead a high-performing team encompassing finance and operations.
- Contribute to shaping the platform's long-term strategy and value creation initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience as a CFO in a private equity-backed healthcare services organization.
- Possess a strong commercial and operational perspective, able to function as a combined CFO and COO.
- Experience in scaling multi-site or service-focused healthcare platforms.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, hands-on growth environment.
- Ability to credibly engage with investors, lenders, and Board members.
- Drive and potential to expand into a broader leadership capacity over time, possibly assuming CEO responsibilities.
