Job Overview and Responsibilities

This position involves managing and supervising all aspects of food and beverage operations and inventory control within a cafe environment. Daily duties include maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the cafe, caring for resident cats through grooming, feeding, and cleaning, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with food and beverage preparation and cashier duties. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Comfortable around cats, with knowledge of feline behavior and appropriate handling techniques.
• Display commitment, responsibility, and clear communication abilities.
• Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Service-focused, self-driven, and able to work collaboratively within a team.
• Confident in engaging and interacting with customers.
• Eagerness to acquire new skills for personal and professional growth.
• Availability to work six days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
• Minimum of one year experience in veterinary clinics, animal shelters, cat care, or food and beverage sectors.
• Certification in Food Hygiene or barista/coffee-making skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
