The facility operates daily from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, accommodating up to 112 children in spacious, open-plan rooms complemented by extensive natural play areas. The environment is designed to inspire creativity and provide industry-leading resources in an architecturally pleasing space described as a "home away from home."

Key Responsibilities

• Support young learners through playful and meaningful educational activities that encourage curiosity and connection
• Design and maintain engaging learning environments that stimulate wonder and exploration
• Demonstrate kindness, creativity, and a positive, solution-oriented approach consistently
• Effectively communicate and build strong relationships with families
• Contribute positively to the team dynamic with enthusiasm and collaboration

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent
• Hold a valid Working with Children Check
• Have full legal working rights in Australia
• Exhibit a warm, professional demeanor with a strong passion for early childhood learning
• Be confident in engaging with children, families, and community members
• Provide two professional references, including one from a manager or supervisor in education or childcare
