About the Role

Gourmet Library LLP operates Lumo N Nox, a restobar located inside Radisson Blu Kochi. We are seeking a dedicated full-time Cashier to join our night operations team. The position involves handling billing duties during the night service ensuring accuracy and smooth checkouts.

Shift Timing and Location

• Shift: 7:30 PM to 3:00 AM (night shift)
• Location: Radisson Blu Kochi, Kadavanthra, Ernakulam, Kerala

Primary Responsibilities

• Generate and settle guest bills precisely using the POS system.
• Process cash, card, and UPI payments, providing correct change and receipts.
• Reconcile the cash drawer at shift start and end, delivering accurate documentation during handovers.
• Apply discounts, offers, and voids only after receiving proper authorization.
• Collaborate with service and floor staff to maintain efficient billing during busy periods.
• Maintain daily sales records and swiftly report discrepancies.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous cashier experience, ideally in restaurants, bars, hotels, or retail.
• Familiarity with POS billing systems, Micros POS knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong numerical accuracy and honesty in cash handling.
• Ability to remain calm and work efficiently during peak hours.
• Availability to work night shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Basic understanding of English and Malayalam languages.
