Cart Attendant

Job Overview

As a Cart Attendant, you will play a crucial role in delivering a positive first and last impression to shoppers by efficiently collecting shopping carts from the parking areas, utilizing equipment to transport carts back inside the store, and ensuring the carts remain clean and orderly. This role demands a consistently upbeat attitude regardless of weather conditions.

Compensation Details

The position offers an hourly wage between $14 and $27. The exact hourly pay will meet or exceed the legally required minimum wage for the specified location. Additional pay may be granted as performance-based incentives on an annual or quarterly basis.

In certain scenarios, extra pay premiums from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be awarded based on factors such as work schedule, location specifics, seasonality, or particular tasks performed. Employees may qualify for multiple premiums if criteria overlap.
