About the Role

This position sits within the Logistics and Allocations team and supports the preparation of vehicles so they are ready for customers to hire. Vehicles must be maintained in excellent condition to reflect the brand’s standards, and the work should be completed efficiently to reduce downtime and keep service levels high.

Location and Working Hours

The role is based in West Drayton, England, United Kingdom. Working hours are 08:00 to 16:00.

Reporting Line

The role reports directly to the Logistics Team Leader.

Key Duties

• Clean and valet vehicles to a high standard.
• Carry out vehicle condition inspections, including checking cradles, charging cables, Wi‑Fi equipment and any visible damage.
• Track vehicle mileage, raise issues related to warning lights for investigation and maintain service stickers.
• Keep internal databases accurate and up to date.
• Allocate and manage vehicle keys in the Traka system.
• Park vehicles in line with the site layout and operational plan.
• Liaise with the logistics and allocations team about any defects or damage found on vehicles.
• Maintain the car wash and jet wash equipment.
• Complete external vehicle movements when instructed by management.

Requirements

• Comfortable working under pressure and able to manage time and priorities effectively.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Positive work ethic with the ability to build good working relationships.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willing to make an extra effort to deliver excellent service and product quality.
• Good written and spoken communication skills.
