Role Overview

The Butler is responsible for delivering customized and attentive services to guests, ensuring they experience a comfortable and unforgettable stay by upholding exceptional service standards and maintaining discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized guest services and manage special requests efficiently.
• Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth and coordinated service delivery.
• Proactively anticipate guest needs and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and uphold luxury service standards at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Butler, Guest Relations Executive, or a similar role within luxury hotels, resorts, or serviced residences.
• Deep understanding of luxury service etiquette and personalized guest care.
• Fluent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.
• Present a polished, professional appearance with a strong service-oriented attitude.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi's attractions and services is advantageous.
