Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage daily household functions, including coordinating schedules and supervising service standards.
• Welcome and assist residents and guests, ensuring their needs are attended to promptly and courteously.
• Prepare dining areas by setting and serving meals and refreshments with professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in shared spaces to uphold the household's standards.
• Oversee household inventory management and liaise with external vendors and service providers.
• Organize social events or gatherings and assist with travel arrangements and logistics as required.
• Adhere strictly to confidentiality and household protocols in all interactions and duties.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience in Butler services, household management, or upscale hospitality roles, showcasing strong etiquette and service skills.
• Exceptional organizational capabilities with proficiency in scheduling, task prioritization, and team coordination.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional, respectful attitude towards all household members and guests.
• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while exercising sound judgment.
• Maintains a high level of personal grooming along with ensuring cleanliness in living and dining areas.
• Flexible availability to accommodate extended hours, weekends, and holidays as household demands dictate.
• Basic proficiency in administrative tasks such as inventory tracking, order management, and simple budgeting.
• Fluent in English, with additional knowledge of Cambodian local languages considered advantageous.
• Experience working within international or multicultural settings is preferred.
