About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Business Operations & Analytics Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This position offers remote work flexibility with a commitment ranging between 10 to 40 hours each week. The hourly pay ranges from $50 to $60, reflecting the level of expertise expected in managing and analyzing operational data.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate operational data and performance indicators to uncover patterns and pinpoint inefficiencies within processes.
• Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards and key performance indicator (KPI) reports to enable leaders to make informed decisions based on robust data.
• Develop comprehensive documentation of process flows and workflow analyses to guide actionable improvements.
• Design clear visual materials that effectively communicate complex datasets and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Build evaluation tools such as rubrics and frameworks to measure operational results accurately.
• Translate analytic discoveries into succinct and accessible recommendations tailored for a broad range of business professionals.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess substantial experience in operations management, business analytics, or strategic planning roles.
• Demonstrate advanced skills with business intelligence software and KPI reporting tools.
