About the Role
Lansvale Motor Group is a prominent dealership representing leading and rapidly expanding Chinese automotive brands such as MG, GWM, Mahindra, and LDV. With plans to add more brands in the coming year, this presents an excellent career opportunity within a well-established group with strong future direction. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Manager to enhance our team in Lansvale.
Primary Responsibilities
- Offer and coordinate finance and insurance products for customers purchasing vehicles.
- Drive higher finance penetration rates, increase insurance product sales, and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate closely with the sales department to identify and convert all potential opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in a Business Manager role within a car dealership is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of finance, insurance, and sales processes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
- Demonstrates professionalism, ethical conduct, and strong compliance awareness.
- Must hold a valid Australian driver’s licence.
Compensation and Benefits
- On-target earnings (OTE) around $150,000, with performance-based incentives.
