Role Overview
This position is the initial driver of our commercial engine in Tirana, focusing on generating high-quality, qualified sales opportunities rather than maximizing meeting quantity. You will lead outbound efforts through research-driven outreach to senior retail and CPG stakeholders, ensuring the leads passed to Account Executives (AEs) are credible and viable prospects. Your proactive attitude and fresh ideas will contribute to improving outreach strategies and team standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently book qualified meetings with senior buyers in targeted retail and CPG companies that AEs trust and accept.
- Conduct research-focused outbound campaigns targeting senior stakeholders; prioritize quality over volume.
- Thoroughly qualify both inbound and outbound prospects, personally screening undecided contacts to discern genuine potential before AE engagement.
- Propose and test new outreach methods, messaging, and sequences; share successful tactics with the team to enhance overall performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, documenting contacts, activities, and follow-ups meticulously.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless transitions and foster opportunity development.
Performance Metrics
- Meeting qualification rate measured by AE acceptance of meeting quality.
- Positive engagement rate reflecting genuine interest beyond mere responses.
- Consistent, high-quality output maintained monthly.
- Contribution towards higher-value, targeted sales opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS or technology lead generation, bringing established best practices.
- Self-driven mindset with a proactive approach to improving processes without waiting for instructions.
- Expertise in qualifying senior prospects and confidently conducting conversations with senior buyers.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable with cold outreach and telephone engagement.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach platforms such as Lemlist.
- Desirable but not mandatory: prior exposure to retail or CPG sectors in US and European markets.
