Job description
Role Overview
This role seeks an experienced Chinese-speaking Business Development Manager with expertise in the cryptocurrency exchange industry. The candidate must bring proven transactional volume and have a strong portfolio of client resources to immediately contribute to LBank's growth.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Candidate should be ethnically Chinese (nationality not restricted) and English language proficiency is not mandatory.
- No geographic limitation on market area; candidate may operate in China or other regions but must provide evidence of average monthly transaction volume exceeding 10 million.
- Must have the ability to invest capital to join the team and bring along existing agent networks ready to collaborate with LBank.
- Possess sales skills and established client resources, ensuring clients transition to transact on the LBank platform; must also demonstrate the capacity to further expand client base beyond current connections.
- Previous business development experience within cryptocurrency exchanges is essential.
Additional Advantages
- Experience working with top-tier or competitive cryptocurrency exchanges is a plus.
- Capability to use English as a working language is beneficial but not required.
