Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager (BDM) to join Stockology Securities in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This role focuses on expanding our client base by generating leads and acquiring new customers for Demat and Trading Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop new business leads to acquire clients for Demat and Trading Accounts.
• Effectively convert leads obtained from various marketing efforts including campaigns and referrals.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for revenue generation and client acquisitions.
• Drive brokerage income by encouraging and supporting client trading activities.
• Facilitate the account opening process and oversee KYC documentation for clients.
• Maintain up-to-date client records ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Adhere strictly to compliance regulations set by SEBI, stock exchanges, and internal company policies.

Terms and Conditions

The position carries a monthly compensation ranging between INR 15,000 and INR 30,000. This remuneration reflects performance and business targets achieved.
