About the Role and Company
Join a confidential yet highly esteemed premium brand based in Dubai as a Business Development Manager focused on B2B growth. This position centers on expanding corporate and institutional account portfolios throughout the Emirates by providing superior gifting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Target and acquire new business clients across corporates, government bodies, and large institutional buyers.
- Promote and sell high-end corporate gifts including luxury nuts, chocolates, and premium carpets.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting through meetings, presentations, proposals, negotiations, to closing deals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams on product offerings, pricing strategies, and delivery to guarantee an exceptional customer experience.
Candidate Profile
- Proven expertise and measurable success in B2B sales, particularly with new client acquisition and portfolio growth.
- Experience in premium gifting or luxury FMCG sectors such as high-quality chocolates, nuts, or corporate gifts akin to brands like Patchi or Bateel.
- Fluency in Arabic is essential, preferably with Middle Eastern nationality. Bilingual Arabic and English proficiency is strongly favored.
- Exceptional skills in presentations, negotiations, and cultivating business relationships.
- Comfortable with a field-driven, client-facing work routine.
- Driven to work within a mission-oriented or socially responsible business environment.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is AED 15,000 to AED 20,000 monthly.
