Business Development Executive

About the Role

Mobius Bloom Ventures Private Limited is looking to hire six dynamic Field Sales Executives based in Raipur to promote its key offerings—the Whalexy WhatsApp Business API and AI-powered automation solutions. The role involves engaging with business owners directly, demonstrating product features live, and closing annual subscription deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and visit prospective B2B clients in sectors such as Education, Retail, and Real Estate through daily field visits.
• Conduct live demonstrations of software products at client locations including shops, offices, and commercial centers.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial cold call to deal closure and payment collection.
• Achieve set monthly sales targets to qualify for performance-based incentives.
• Maintain detailed daily records of client interactions and follow-up activities using CRM software.

Requirements

• Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in Telecom, Ed-tech, or Software domains.
• Have the ability to clearly communicate the advantages of automation and software to business owners in simple terms.
• Fluent in English and Hindi, with comfort in using local everyday language while interacting with clients.
• Goal-driven, confident in requesting orders and delivering on targets.
• Own a reliable two-wheeler vehicle and a smartphone for field mobility and communication.
