Job Overview

We are looking to hire a Business Development Executive responsible for both inside and field sales activities, focusing on biometric attendance and security systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads via calls, referrals, and onsite visits.
• Promote and market biometric attendance devices, access control hardware, and security software.
• Analyze client needs and suggest appropriate products and solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential customers.
• Prepare quotes and proposals, followed by diligent follow-up to close sales.
• Manage sales activities both inside office and on the field.
• Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure project success.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers.
• Meet monthly sales targets contributing to organizational growth.

Compensation

Monthly salary range between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000, supplemented with attractive performance-based incentives.
