Job Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students to assess their educational needs.
• Generate and nurture leads using calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Provide detailed information on Yastudy’s offerings and study abroad options to students and parents.
• Offer counseling to help students select appropriate educational paths.
• Ensure consistent follow-ups to convert leads into enrollments.
• Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Keep precise records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with counseling and admissions teams for seamless student onboarding.
• Build lasting relationships with students, ensuring positive experiences.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Open to fresh graduates and those with relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong abilities in persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up.
• Capable of handling customer queries and solving problems effectively.
• Comfortable working under daily and monthly performance targets.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, WhatsApp, and email correspondence.
• Preference for candidates available to join immediately or with minimal notice.
