Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to assist in unearthing new business opportunities and establishing lasting client connections. This role involves supporting lead generation, engaging clients, and managing the sales pipeline while collaborating directly with senior Business Development staff to turn prospects into solid partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential new leads, qualifying them through effective outreach.
• Aid in organizing and scheduling meetings with clients.
• Keep the CRM system updated with precise and current client and lead information.
• Assist in developing proposals, presentation decks, and subsequent follow-up documents.
• Monitor pipeline activities and communicate progress to the Business Development team.

Candidate Profile

• Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a closely related area.
• At least one year of experience in business development, sales, or an allied role.
• Excellent organizational skills paired with a detail-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Arabic and professional command of English.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalents.
