Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Possess a strong functional understanding of Core Banking systems, with a particular focus on Digital Banking including internet and mobile banking platforms.
• Demonstrate experience working directly on Core Banking systems with an emphasis on Digital Channels.
• Hands-on knowledge or involvement in Mobile Banking solution design and development is advantageous.
• Manage interactions with several stakeholders, especially for gathering business requirements from customer-facing teams such as bank employees.
• Ability to create clear and comprehensive business requirements documents and solution specifications.
• Prior experience working with Core Banking organizations or within Digital Banking products and channels, especially as a product developer, is essential.
• Understand non-functional requirements related to Digital Banking, including security considerations, authentication processes, and integration with external services like wallets and fintech solutions.
